My parents are 80 years old. This horrible company took $375.00 for a deposit on railings. Same as all the other complaints. No railings and no refund. They refuse to take our calls. Mitch Mitchell, darin carfaro and his father, frank carfaro should be in handcuffs. Never mind filing useless civil suits where you never get paid anyway, these guys should go before a criminal court judge because as far as I am concerned, too many consumers have been ripped off and they continue to get away with it. My parents paid them the deposit in august.
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau in new jersey and will file a civil suit in morristown but what would really make me feel good is to see these guys in jail. Trust me when I tell you that they all live in beautiful homes and vacation in cape may. They are a disgrace ripping anyone off nevermind the elderly. Disgusting people. Even though it is a relatively small amount, the audacity of taking money from elderly people on a fixed income is inexcusable and we would be willing to cooperate with any investigation into this company.
