Noticed two unauthorized bank charges each for $88.55. My bank gave me a phone number to call. Basically I was charged for a product I never asked for, never wanted. I was charged before the product was shipped and as of now I don't have the product. When I called customer service I was told my account was past the 30 day mark to return the product and therefore would not receive a refund. Real Tech Labs did not send me anything until well after their 30 day time frame. I doubt if this is a coincidence. How convenient for them to send products they know the consumer doesn't want, past the time frame they set up. Then they can keep the the money and say I broke the contract.in my case they've collected money, without my permission, for a product I never received. I do not want their product, I never did. I want my money back.
