Cell phone company. My husband has his cell phone through Centennial Wireless. He also has two different kinds of cancer and has been off work about 2 months. He called Centennial to see if he could suspend his contract until he could get back to work.
All he got for his trouble was TOO BAD, I had to pay over $200.00 to keep this out of collection, and was told the bill would still be charged even though the phone is shut off and no one is using it.
You can bet as soon as his contract with Centennial is up, we will be changing providers. Just wanted to vent, thanks for listening.
I guess its true that big business' don't care anything about their customers.
