I received a letter stating that my account had been discontinued due to a lack of payment. Syosset New York, San Clemente California

I signed up with Mezey and Associates via NDS another debt company, located in in California. I called in July of this year and they told me the people had left with no information. They also said that we would be receiving a letter about the escrow account but nothing so far.
