I agree with Angry Consumer that the software is not useful and am equally disappointed by the company's indifferent response to emails. Although I was able to install the software and set it to work after some difficulty, the software is a far cry from the promise made in his sale letter on the website. I only bought the software on the PROMISE clearly stated on the website that a full refund will be made if sought. I have sent emails seeking refund. These were initially met with silence and eventually a brief response suggested that I look up a supposed user support group set up to assist the purchasers and users of the software. Guess what? Not surprisingly, to sign up for the user group, you need to pay up and join. I will not be at all surprised if the people involved in this user group are related to the seller of the software.
I chose not to throw good money after bad and refused to join the user group. Hard to imagine the user group can be of any good if the original software itself is not useful. Let me provide some details on why I feel it is not useful software. The software is supposed to be able to give buy and sell signals for users to execute forex trades. I have often encountered signals to buy a certain currency pair to be quickly followed in the next second, and I mean, SECOND, not even minute, to sell the same currency.in one second you hardly have time to even execute the original buy trade, how could one be expected to execute the sell one, not to mention it is totally senseless to trade in that manner.
Whoever read this, please save yourself the heartache and DON'T waste your time and money on this trash. Don't make the same mistake as I did thinking that it is not that expensive and there is the PROMISE of a full refund if I don't find the software useful. That promise is not worth anything because the money is in their pocket and there is very little recourse for the buyer. Buyers BEWARE!
