These people send you a report to fill out that looks very similar to the Secretary of State's report but this ones says the annual fee is $125 and asks you to send the company's annual minutes with the report.in small print it tells you "this product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any government agency..." which technically makes it legal.
I was looking for a phone number on it and found none, I researched the name of the company the address and anything else I could find and finally googled "California B&P Code: 17533.6" and it popped up on your site as a scam.
I wasted two hours of my valuable time checking this out and I hate to think of how many people fall for it. I'm sorry but this just shouldn't be allowed! I don't consider the time it's taking me to file this report a waste.
