My wife and I moved from Chicago and found this joke of a complex online via the Winston-Salem Journal. We were assured by the property manager, Debra, that the complex was "safe, secure, and quiet."
2 months later, my car has been broken into, gunshots can be heard at night, and the "security" was nowhere to be found. When the car was broken into, the only person that came out was our neighbor upstairs. None of the "security officers" even bothered to come outside, with the red and blue Police lights flashing at 2 AM.
She claimed it was a "gated complex." The "gate" is a chain-link door-style gate that is always open and does not even have a lock on it.
No one (Domino's, Papa John's) will deliver to the complex at ANY time of day.
AVOID this place like the plague! This might as well be Chicago Public Housing with the people that live here, just with LESS security.
