I placed an order online at there website, paid with my credit card and have never received my merchandise It is a disgrace that people can get away with fraud It needs to be stopped I hate being dooped

I placed an order with clearpointdirect at their website. Since then my credit card had been billed, but I have never received my merchandise. I have called the phone number listed but of course the number is not in service.

I am fortunate enough that is was not a huge sum of money. I still feel taken and that infuriates me. These individuals need to be caught and stopped from future fraud.
