Consumer fraud merchandise returned but no credit given, corrupt business on the internet

My daughter ordered the AbEnergizer via the Internet. After almost two months of waiting for it, she found it locally at a store—for 1/2 the cost. I must have attempted 25 times to cancel the order via their 800 number found my my credit card bill (I was billed before I received the merchandise).

I was finally successful in reaching customer service via the telephone and told them to cancel my order. They said it had already been shipped, but the merchandise still did not arrive for two weeks. I told the representative that I would be returning the merchandise (which I did) and would like credit.

To date (after more than 3 months) from the date this all started, I have not received credit. I have attempted to reach a customer service representative via the 800 number AT LEAST 50 times and either get a busy signal or no answer. The e-mail address they give on the telephone recording (familyproductsllc.com) is a fraud.

I disputed the charge on my Mastercard, but since they have not received notification from Ab Energizer to credit my account, they have rebilled me for the merchandise and said I have to contact the company. That has been impossible!!!
