ClearPointDirect Where are you?

On Dec 24 You sent me an e-mail confirming my order, which was to be charged to my credit card.

Jan. 17 and still no cook books.

I tried e-mailing you today and you are not there! This looks very bad indeed!

I fear my credit card and I have been had.
