They totally suck!!! I will never shop there again. All they do if you bring in a water sample is try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need!!! PHOS FREE??? I really do know more about pools than they do!!! How can they test your water and get an accurate reading with the same test kit I use at home??? Plus there is no computer print out like the new pool store I go to!!! If your just guessing then I'm guess I'll shop somewhere else!!!
