I Have 2 loans with Chase and proud to say that i had been a good customer. When i relaized my loan was going to adjust on my rental property four months in advance i contacted them requesting a modification i got the run around form everyone i had a dealings with.
They make false promises and they have rude staff members, the reason they are giving me the run around they want my loan to adjust so they can make money off of me.
People please join me lets write our local congress men or woman, consumer affairs, BBB, media and any one who assists consumers.
Lets boycott Chase do not give them any business until they change their practices and lets tell the world about our experiences.
