I was looking at different offers from various companies. Once I read the terms and conditions, ($79.95 start up, $14.00 a month maintenance fees), I declined the offer. Then, I got an ACH for $79.95. I called and the 1st person I spoke with told me I needed to contact my bank, because they had no information about what the charge was. I called back another day, got someone that actually looked info and told me I signed up for this!!! I told her I declined it and wanted the fee reversed. She said they didn't do refunds and I was sent an email before the charge. I never got any email. I said I wanted this reversed, she hung up on me. I waited a day, called, confirmed that the account was closed. I then repeated my request, advising I would be reporting this to the BBB and both of our states Attorney Generals. She got all attitudish and said they would provide the IP address this was 'authorized from', which I said didn't mean anything, as I had agreed that I looked at the offer, but declined it.
