This online agency really knows how to screw things up. Bought round trips to Florida from NYC and was unable to get record locators from the airlines. Turns out cheaptickets bought the tickets but didn't actually complete the booking (?). That's about as much as I can understande before my knowledge of airline booking ran out. Eventually and after hours on the phone with the airlines and cheapotickets they corrected the problem, but what a pain! Hope when we show up to the airport they're actually flights and seats for us...
