I contracted with Steve Foster of Hannity Homes LLC on May 23 to build a 1,000 sq. Ft. House. Hannity Homes did not pour the slab until July.
He has continued to delay completing my house at the same time he has taken draws. I have paid him over 90% of the money he is due to complete my house. Only 50% of my house has been completed.
He continues to give excuses and lies. I am afraid that my house will not be completed. This is September 27.
