Bills Made Simple Is A terrible company that I would warn a friend about. We were in a 3 year Arm and our rate adjusted last month. We were desperate and needed help and Billsmadesimple.com was the last resort. I was skeptical about it in the beginning but I didnt have many other options. We started their program back in May and here we are in September and have just gotten our home foreclosed upon after giving them over $4,000.00. Nothing has gotten resolved. We have had 4 different people working on our mitigation and every time we can get one of them on the phone, they ask for more papers and more verification to buy time. After speaking with any one person more than once, you get someone else that tells you they were fired or "No Longer With The Company" They are terrible and you should walk away from your home before you use Billsmadesimple.com

It is just recent that usacomplaints.com has had anything on them, I guess because the credit crisis was just recent and people are still applying.
