Ref: Advantage Rent to Own, LLC (Richard Friedberg) and Advantage Technologies (Mike Williams)
These Two Companies and their Owners who are each accusing eachother of being "Theives" have lots of explaining to do to the Investigative Authorities that will be looking at their joint venture that wiped out many Innocent "Victims" of their financial resources.
As stated in numerous reports under Advantage Rent to Own, LLC (Richard Friedberg's) "Scam" was to sell a licensing program to people that wanted to learn how to do Rent to own Homes within the housing industry.
Mike Williams and his company by his own admission, designed and developed the website for this "Scam" company which was then used by ARTO and Friedberg to "Scam" Hundreds of thousands of dollars from innocent "VICTIMS".
As stated above in the report by Mike Williams, he is aware of $300,000 or more in revenues coming into ARTO which apparently Mike Williams was to receive a percentage for his website development so take a minute to think about where those revenues were coming from... Answer. "INNOCENT VICTIMS!
It is now known that as few as 35 and perhaps as many as 100 or more people invested anywhere from $2,000 to as much as $100,000 to get into this opportunity (Scam") that we now all know had no track record of success and the concept as it was developed is in fact "ILLEGAL" in many states that have laws and regulations with regards to the rent to own of homes.
I actually invested and was also appointed as an Executive of ARTO and my investement was collateralized by ARTO and Richard Friedberg all assets of the company in the event of default or breach of Agreement and this in fact happened before the ink on the Agreement was dry.
One of the only assets that could possibly be recovered was in fact the very domain name and website of ARTO that Advantage Technologies (Mike Williams) has in fact taken control over without any Legal authority and he now expects me to pay waht Richard Friedberg allegedly owes him.
Where I come from that is called Extortion!
He makes the rediculous statements in his rebuttals against me that if someone sold you the Taj Majal and they didn't own it then would you sue them. The answer is that I will seek my assets from whomever I believe is holding them and if they are owed monies from another Party then that is who they should seek those monies from... Not Me!
Think about the other side for just a moment, if a Bank has John Doe's car as collateral and that loan is defaulted so they repossess the car, does the Bank then owe all of John Doe's debts simply because they seized the car that was pledged as collateral???
That is exactly what occured here. The battle over the alleged debt by and between Richard Friedberg and Mike Williams is no concern over me but the domain and website has been illegally seized and is being held for a ransom by Mike Williams because I have a valid Agreement signed on 05/09 pledging the website specifically and all backend docs and support thereof if a Breach or default occured and that happened effective 05/10 forward when I received absolutely nothing as promised by ARTO and its owner-founder Richard Friedberg.
