I had a similiar experience to the previous posting... I invested 5K with them back in April for Clark County (Las Vegas) after the CEO Richard Friedberg
(con) vinced me that they could produce a handful of qualified leads each week with their website marketing. They produced zero leads!!!
This company had some success selling homes to investors during the housing boom and then coordinating a rent to own tenant agreement for the investor. Today, they no longer have a base of willing investors and the web site is fair at best producing leads?!?
They do not deliver any value for the franchise concept they are selling and refuse to issue a refund per their contracts 90 day guarantee.
I suspect he (Richard/CEO) is hurting for $ and will do anything to make a sale and keep "his" ship afloat.
DO NOT INVEST your hard earned money here, you will regret the decision!
