I am the listing agent for the seller. There is an offer from another realtor in which the buyer is in the Neehemiah progam which we all know will end on Oct. 1.
I have been trying since, July 7th mind you, with all the documents faxed in. I have to over and over email these same documents. Finally after escalating emails to the negotiator and several other supervisors, Michelle Avalos, on, Aug. 23rd calls me back. I was in a meeting at the time and unfortunately could not answer the phone that particular Saturday. On her message, she said to please call her back, that she is in the office. I did return the call around 2PM to find out that they are closed on Saturday and the recording said that you have to call during business hours which is Monday to Friday.
I called back on Monday, of course, I know already that I will not get her, but I tried anyway. A note said that she wanted certain papers faxed to her.
Michelle Avallos ordered BPO (brokers price opinion) on Aug. 28. After calling back several times, the BPO was sent to them on Sept. 9.
Called on Sept. 15th, was told account is in review. Called on Sept 18th. Now there is a new negotiator. Must give him 48hrs to review.
Called today Sept. 22. I was given another number to fax papers. Does not show that they rec'vd it, thought that was the only way to order BPO. Faxed papers again today.
Is there anything that I can do for my clients? This is so ongoing for all banks doing short sale, but... Countrywide takes the cake.
