I have been trying for weeks to get my refund. So today i am spending the day talking on the phone with the company and chatting online with the live person called nicole... I am driving these people crazy. They dont know what to do with me... I am requesting a paper check due to closing all bank accts. They are saying they dont know what a paper check is. So i in turn have taken the description off the internet and am sending it so they know what it is... This has been cancelled for months and they are still going into a closed acct... Will continue to drive them crazy. Or me. What ever comes first. Good luck to all who have to deal with this company. All i can tell u is keep the chat person on line and dont let go... Let them know u mean business... Tell them u will personally go into the office. Its near camelback road...
