While I was checking my acct I found that a unauthorized withdraw for 38.99 was taken from my checking acct. I never heard of utell 2011 and i never authorized them to take any money from my acct i called utell they would not give me any information. They used a old email address that I dont even use any more to withdraw from my acct and did a electronic check I dont know how they got my banking information.
