September 13 is when i had my orentation with this company it was held with a guy named garrett a manager with Charisma Management and also got to meet with Cho Vang. This company wanted me to sell their perfume that i have never heard of nor in the day's that i was at the office did i see or smell. They ended up doing what they call a contest to see how many individuals could sell the most they would get a bonus. (the bonus occured during the orentation they pick 2 individuals who are watching the time every 2-5min. They shout out ADDITUDE CHECK then garrett put's a money sign on the board... Witch then at the end he'll add up and that will be the ammont you'll recieve after selling their product.) i was suposto have another orentation on Tues. September 16 in witch we had to fill out a sheet of paper that was the general contact info. They wanted my SSN and DL so i was skeptic on giving them that info but yet i did. But that morning when i woke up i had this gut feeling that it was a scam my dad did something like this year's ago (10) and warned me about it. But i just was hard headed and believed in what this comapany was about. They go on about lavish live styles, paid relocation and other lie's. I ended up going on the web site and googling the company name and found this fraud report web site with the comapay's name on it. For this company wanting to know if you have your own vehicle and willing to travel if necessary should have been a slap in the face for me. But let me tell you something! I printed up this report went down to the office witch is really a wearhouse that has no A/C jerks! And demanded to speek with Cho Vang when he came out of his office i asked for all of my paper work back that i have EVER filled out for this company (he agreed to give it back) and also an explination for this (that's when i laid out the fraud report... You know what his responce was? I don't explain myself to anyone. It took all that i had not to rip his face off at that point. He told me that i could believe what i wanted to on the internet, then started to go on and tell me good things about the company and how he's got people that are now doing inventory and some of the staff that's leaving for Seattle. I told him you know what the "staff" you say that are leaving out of town you said that to me since day one! September 8 (the first day that i came in for a so called interview) I really hope that i helped at least one person from wasting their time & gas by not showing up to this company.
It's really bothersome of how much of a s%$t talker ALL of the staff is. It is a scam and i am personally thankful to the first person who filled a report on this website. Every single word the person before me has written about Charisma Management is all true. I would also like to point out that the training is not hard it's the lie's and deception that unravel during the orentation. I personally found this add in the pennysaver because i was so desperate for work, but not so desperate that i would end up losing everything because of this stupid company. For all you SUCKERS that are employed to this company good for you someday i hope you realize what a liar your "manager CHO VANG" is.
