I placed a Christmas gift order to be sent to 3 different addresses. Only one got the correct order. The other 2 got something else, that cost less than what I ordered! They charged the higher price on my account.
I even received a gift meant for a total stranger!
They quoted me one total and charged another, higher total, to my credit card account.
I have called, left message on their company answering maching, e-mailed over 10 times and even written letters, filed a complaint to the BBB of Pennsylvania and positively have gotten no response what so ever on any thing.
At first all it wanted was for them to send the correct items, but now I want a credit to my account.
They have no toll free phone number so it costs me every time I have called them and no one returns my call.
I was sent something meant as a gift for someone else and when I asked them if they wanted it back, they expected me to pay to ship it back! So now I have pretzels I don't want and didn't order.
These pretzels would have no taste if they were not burned! I have no clue as to why this company has been voted #3 in the popular snacks catagroy on the Food Channel! They are not very good!
I wont deal with them again. I am still waiting for them to credit my account and have filed a "credit dispute complaint" with the credit card company!
