"Weston Machine and Specialty" located at Two Rivers Woodland Industrial Park - has aprox 25 employees.
On Tuesday - Oct-1, Mike Weston called a
meeting at quitting time, and told us not to come in the next day because the Bank was changing all the locks, and he would call us when we could come back
to work. He also stated his accounts were all frozen and we would not be getting paid. He also stated he had no idea this was coming.
We {the employees had seen this on the court records dated Sept-25 that his
accounts were frozen}. We all have two full weeks and two days pay coming= 98 hours. He also had some employees on over time in this pay period, which we have not worked any overtime in the last year. We also heard he had not
paid in the 401k money, and withholding tax. I, myself asked him what he did with the 401k moneys and he told me he had to use it to make payroll.
When I asked him how far back he did this, he stated since June or July. Gail Weston {Mikes wife} said withholding tax wasn't paid in 4 times. She didn't say if it was 4 payrolls or what. Our insurance premiums also were not paid
in for Sept, which has caused some substantial bills for a couple employees. According to the court records-Weston Machine was foreclosed on in August-29.By M.& I Bank. Weston is now operating a new bussiness under
the name of "Precision Machine Werks" at a building in Rockwood. We the employees have all filed complaints with the state..
They are also LIARS and Thieves and now say we never worked for them.
