Hill Office Supplies contacted me stating that they were doing a survey for Imagistics, the company from whom I leased my copier. They did the survey and asked if they should send my free bottle of toner. Per my Imagistics contract, I do get free toner, so I accepted. THEN Hill Office Supplies sent a bottle of toner and billed me $349, which is ridiculous. Trying to return the toner and get a credit took months. Once the fiasco was over, they had the audacity to contact me again and attempt the same thing. This company is relentless - BEWARE of any calls regarding your copier and "free" toner.
