Since we have moved in there has been a bug infestation that has not been handled by the staff or the corporate company. This is effecting more then one apartment. We have had maintenance issues or lack there of.
I fear for my safety and my family. Many of the security lights do not work and even after multiple complaints are still not repaired. My vehicle has been broken into 2 times and has been reported to the office and corporate with no changes. Other tenets have had breakin's to their cars with no change from the staff.
I have spoken with security and they are only there to patrol the dumpsters until midnight not watch for any thing else.
We have experienced flood damage for months from water coming threw our closet wall.
We have been turning in monthly complaints to the office with out regard for our complaints. We have always payed the rent on-time even with all of the problems.
