New management, raising rents while lowering standards... Bats flying in hallways, poorly maintained outside and inside, water damage, bugs (lots of flying bugs) nasty leasing agent, wont give anything

Very disappointed in new management co. Aspen Square. Rude leasing agent, raising rents and lowering standards and quality of complex. Filthy inside and out. Leasing agent told tenants they are NOT responsible for hallways or parking lot. This is BS! If they are not responsible for our safety on their property, then who is? What a horrible experience since they took over!
