To those that have been ripped off by magicjack.com: After reading all of the negaive reports on the internet about this company I decided to return the magic jack I had been using under the 30 day free trial. (I wasn't really pleased with the product anyways) I was really worried after all the reports that I would just be stuck with my money being taken after the product had been returned. I sent it back express mail with a confirmation number.
I have been talking with the online operators assuring me a full refund, but like most I am skeptical about that whole process. I however have actually found a telephone number for their billing department, and you can actually talk to a real live person! I was able to get an invoice ID number proving that they had processed the refund on my order, I still have not recieved it, but I was assured it would be within 3 to 5 days. I am waiting to see how this will go. The number of the billing department is (281) 404-1551. Hopefully this can help someone. I will keep you posted as to the status of my refund.
