Office Depot
Sells Service it can't produce. Did not improve the computer, erased icons and left trash in the hard drive, selling McAffee at retail but returning $15.00, does not return tax

Purchased demonstrator model. Salesman represented himself as the best computer expert the store has and said all advertisements would be removed. He said Vista would be removed and XP would be installed. He said machine would be cleaned up and run at peak performance. And he could make it even better if I purchased the $99.00 Service Package..

RESULTS: 5 or 6 trips later, icons were removed and ads were left in the hard drive / no XP was installed, computer running at manufacturers speed, no change there.
Anti-virus McAffee left in computer after being refused all 5 times. Total bill for this is $99.00 plus 7 percent tax.

Corporate office offers $15.00 gift card in exchange for the $99.00 service package as their best offer refund. Corporate office informs that tax is not refundable.

Computer is ok... OFFICE DEPOT quality of service is an F. Computer is Toshiba. OFFICE DEPOT keeping tax money.
