I purchased a intex easy set pool late in the season last year. The pool performed great. I proceeded to empty the pool dry it off, roll it up and pack it in its original box until next year.
When I unpacked the pool the following year I inflated the top ring and began to fill the pool as I did the previous year.
As the pool was filling up I noticed the top inflatable ring was going soft, also the pool had about six pinholes letting water out the sidewalls. After fixing the six pinholes in the sidewalls, I inflated the ring once again and figured it had a pinhole somewhere. I continued to fill the pool with water with the intention of locating the pin hole and patching the hole.
I used a soap solution to try and find a hole. I used a running hose to see if I could locate a hole. After several soapy solution and continuous running hose attempts at locating this hole, the top ring was once again deflating.
My wife and I came to the conclusion that bthe leak is in the seam somewhere. We contacted the place of purchase only to have them tell us we need to go and contact intex.
After speaking with a intex representative and explaining my situation, he explained that there is nothing thay can do for me.
