We bought an INTEX easy set up 15' x 42" above the ground pool from Fred Meyers on sale @$159.99 tax in July. When we set it up in early June it developed
"pin hole" punctures - to date about 10 - 12. Also the blow up rim around the pool does not hold air and we cannot find a hole to mend. We only used the pool last year about
3 months MAX. My husband took about 8 hrs to carefully clean, dry & store it for the winter. We are in our 60's and only the two of us used the pool to float in and cool off during the hottest part of our summer. Clearly, we did not abuse the product and took care to maintain it. We're very disappointed in it's quality (made in China) and such a product is so readily available for sale in the USA.
I want to alert the public of our experience so they won't buy this companies' product
and saw this web site for complaints. If there is a better way to complain about shoddy
products that seem abundant today, I would love to know.
We're not really looking for money back because we're sure it would be a total hassle,
