Eguidestore fraud

I subscribed to a one off download from eguidestore. The cost was $5.99 I think. I was unable to access or download the file I wanted. The next month Billinghlp advised that they were billing me 29.85. It is imposible to access their website to cancel. They have charged my credit card again this month for a further 29.85
