This product is just a childs ball that they are charging 12.98 for. I did not realize that I would be sent product every month.
When my account was billed for another $26 I imediately called to complain. I was assured that my money would be refunded once the product being sent to me was sent back to them unopeded. I was even given a return number. At that time I asked to be taken off their mailing list. Once again I was assured that they would not send any more merchandiice.
The return number they gave me ment nothing to the post office. So I had to pay $3.11. The clerk at the post office suggested to have the package tracked. The merchandice was recieved on August 8th.
My account has not been credited yet. Bender ball has charged my account again for more product I don't want.
Hopefully the charge card company will be able to help me at this point.
