Starting in August i noticed a debit for 39.65 and an international fee of. 79.2 days later 2 more debits came for 39.84 and 39.96 with international fees of. 80 and. 80. I called my bank billing and lost prevention - they stopped the card and gave me the phone number of CCPbilling and CCPlogistics - Funny they are the same company! The lady acted as if she was unaware of unauthorized billing to people. I then told her i was recording conversation and have the bank investigating them. She couldn't find the charges under my last card number and asked for all digits. Now since i already stopped card i gave her the card number in full with no fear - She said that another name was on that card number so SOMEONE ELSE made the fraudulent charges. She then told me that they would refund into my account the given amount but they had no record of international fees - My bank is disputing those for me - People be aware of your ONLINE statements - you anly have 60 days to dispute and snail mail statement's eat up 30 days of it. What ever you do DOnt give up - It Is illegal for this company to debit without your knowledge - Maybe we can all start a civil lawsuit based on all the complaints i read in here today
