Do not rent to this woman and her sometimes husband and sometime domestic partner Mike Lau. They will not tell you that they have 2 pit bulls and after they move in they will destroy your property.
I had the bad luck of renting my beautiful hilltop home with pool/spa and a panoramic view to these scoundrels. I would not have even spoken to them had they told me about the dogs. They destroyed my house and when I asked for damages they refused. The dogs chewed the sprinklers & valves so they stopped watering the lawn and let it die.
The dogs made holes and pulled out the sprinklers from the t-joints in the PVC pipes. The dogs jumped all over and made the soil hard. Imagine what will happen if three dogs pee all over the carpet all over the house. It was not possible to breathe in the house. The urine went deep into the padding. The dogs scratched and smeared the paint; they even chewed the bidding and door jams. They let the dogs jump in the pool and they chewed the pool vacuum cleaner and the skimmer basket / cover. They left iron objects / toys in the pool that rusted and stained a wide area of the pool bottom. That requires the pool to be drained re-painted and then filled again.in short they destroyed the landscaping, the pool, the carpet and the paint causing a total loss of $ 12,000.00 among a few other things. They stole everything from the house, even blinds and fixtures.
Since they could not afford the rent they shared the house with Hua Chen, who used a mediator and paid $ 1600 over and above the security deposit to pay for his share of the damage done to my property.
Jenny Martinez is vulgar and uses the F word all the time; she is a shame on mankind and a disgrace on humanity. It is people like these that are destroying our country and living off the taxpayer. Do not rent or do business with Jenny Martinez. These folks are living beyond their means and cheating, scamming and stealing there way in life. They have too much debt and I doubt if they can pay back.
