Don't use Leslie's Pool Techs! I made an appointment. Was told that he would be at my house sometime between 12 and 5, and he NEVER showed up. When I called at 5:30, I was told that he did come and I wasn't home. I have 4 dogs. There is no way he could have even come on my property without me knowing about it, not to mention that I spent the afternoon watching out for him from my livingroom windows. I didn't get any support or empathy from the service dept. And when I wanted to speak to a manager, I was given to a dispatcher. I asked for a manager, and was sent to his voice mail. P.S. I still have not heard from him!
