Nextcard is the worst managed credit line STILL available. It's amazing that I still can find offers for the Nextcard on the internet.
There is absolutely no customer service available. This company owes me a balance. I have called repeatedly - there is no "person" available to talk to. I have tried to contact them on the web - service unavailable. I have written to them on three different occasions requesting the balance due to me. I haven't received any response.
Amazingly, each month, right on time, I receive a statement which tells me I have a balance due to me. I just can't have it.
