EzSaver has been fraudulently charging my checking account every month since April without my permission to activate any service.
It all started when I ordered flowers from pro-flowers for the first time in April and was transfered to EzSaver as they pitched their 'savings deals to me' i was not interested. I informed the employee that i would call back if i was interested, and i never did.
Yesterday I realized that continuous charges for $14.95 have been taken out of my account since April. When I called EzSaver costumer service to complain for a refund she told me she could only refund one month. Since I never gave consent on the charges I demanded for a supervisor. The supervisors where 'too busy' and the employee just told me that she would refund all 6 months of charges.
Today I check my account and there was no refund and it has been over 24 hours.
I will never use pro-flowers again or a company that works with EzSaver. I can not believe their unethical business efforts and their cheating, stealing ways.
