Ordered flowers on-line from Pro Flowers and started noticing a $14.95 charge on my credit card. This went on for 8 months before I finally called the 800-355-1837 number listed on the charge card transaction. They told me I signed up for this service when I last ordered flowers. This was absolutely untrue and the signup they were referring to was a coupon offer of $15 off of my next order. I am now out $119.60 in these fraudulent charges and will NOT be using Pro Flowers again under any circumstances.
