This company is asking for more information like my full nane and to make any corrections that is on the mailer that was sent to me and fill out a submission document and to have me sign my full name. They inform me that this must be completed to receive prize money. If I was a winner that information should be provided at the time of payment. This is just a scam to get information to be used to steal from me.
I checked on line and found other people with the same letter sent to them. If this Submission Document was completed what was I submitting To??? Remember they also have you sign this legal document.
