I received a letter and a payment data release Authorization form. The Authorization was confirm that a document had been sent for a full payment release in the amount of $ 2,274, 000.00 will be released and delivered when the completed document and $20.00 we're sent within 10 days of receipt.

While I was online I decided to check if the company was valid (I made a copy of my check), and I found this site.
