I was called back to an interiew and was made to sit int he waiting area to go out with an employee to experience a day to see what the job was all about and discuss pay and terms of employement. Ryan STRESSED dsressing professioanlly but ist seems that one of the people they decided to take out and offer the job to showed up in tennis shoes and casual wear. I showed up in business attire ready for the day as asked.
I was asked to park my car in the back of the building to then ride with Zoe, the chosen employee.
After being told that I was more than capable fo doing this job and given hope that I would be able to negotiate terms of employment I was told to go home after speaking wiht the chosen employee Zoe! Zoe told me in reflection that SHE did not think I was what she needed for the job but the African American woman that was paired wiht me was more suited!
I had the same exact experience as the last person with the exception that I was told to go home after sitting in thier office for 1.5 hours awaiting my assignment.
I spent a lot of energy preparing for this interview not knowing that ll along it was a huge scam.
These people need to be put in thier place and stop wasting the time of serious applicants looking for a professional job. There is NOTHING PROFESSIONAL about this organization!!!
