Nationwide Relocation, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida moving company is holding my possessions for ransom.
Currently this company is engaged in criminal / fraudulent business dealings by entering into an agreed upon binding contract to move me across state lines.
Once the company had control of my possessions, it has made a demand on me to pay additional fees before delivering my possessions, in spite of having signed a "binding" contract.
If I refuse to pay the additional fees upwards of thousands and sign a new contract, they will not deliver my possessions. This is in essence, this is not only fraud, but theft.
Apparently due to the fact that 3 states are involved, [ California, Colorado and Florida ] I have been passed from one State / Federal Dept to another, without success or relief. I am caught in the middle and at the mercy of these thieves in spite of the Better Business Bureau reporting that this company is an "A" Rated Company.
How can the public rely on BBB reporting with over 700 complaints filed against NRS in the last 36 months?
