Not honoring the first estimate changing there fees

This company gave me an estimate for moving for $1499. When arriving at my house to load the same goods that I had first given them. I was asked to sign a new contract the new contract which was for $4500 to $5000, Upon me refusing the movers left and my credit card was charged $589.00 for there deposit.
