I took a friend's recommendation to use National Darts to order my husband's dart board and all the set up - this was for his birthday on August 2nd.
I placed an on-line order on Tuesday July 15th and stated that I needed everything by Aug 2nd. My order shipped on Monday July 21 arriving in Colorado on Friday the 25th. Everything was there except 2 of the 3 actual dart sets I had ordered AND that had already been charged to my credit card.
I sent my first "support" desk email on Saturday the 26th, my second a few minutes later with an offer to take a substitue of equal value - ANYTHING - to get the balance of my order before the birthday / backyard wedding reception we had planned on the 2nd of August.
Both of my emails resulted in an automatic "support" desk response telling me to wait 48 hours. I sent my 3rd email through the support desk on the 29th - after waiting 48 hours. I went on line and updated each of my tickets to "critical" and added comments several times.
All of this effort has fallen on deaf ears. I tried sending a fax to the "fax" number listed on the site but it turned out only to be a recorded message saying they "value customer service" and telling you to contact them through the "support" desk.
It's been 10 days and I have had absolutely no response from this company. I will now be disputing the charges with my credit card company as well.
I warn anyone against using this vendor!
