Customer Service is not just poor it is regretably non existent
I selected the products I wanted and proceeded to check out and all appeared to go well. Checked my email and found the same order was doubled entered (2 order numbers for exactly the same procuct).
Tried to contact via phone to correct as I want the material but not in duplicate (set of darts and bunch of shafts and flights). Routed to the support desk.
Completed support desk ticket online and have had no response for 4 days - also the order has not been processed. But the credit card authorization has captured the funds prior to billing.
Will update as things transpire
