I ordered the Complete Private Pilot Training Course online on Sept. 23. On Oct. 25, I submitted a ticket via the trellis desk support page. The response was a message telling me the the order had shipped 2 days after I ordered it and to wait a week or so. I waited until Nov. 25 and went back to the support page where I had to start another ticket since the first one was closed. I said I was angry and I wanted to get my order. They told me to contact the shipping department and ask for a "Priority STAMP reshipment", which I did. The shipping department responded with the cryptic response "noted on your request". I did not receive anything. On Dec. 12, I wrote to the shipping department to ask if my order had shipped and they said only "had been shipped". I then wrote on to support via my open ticket that I had not gotten anything and said I either need the materials I ordered or I need my money back.
