This is a real estate investment company. I signed a lease with this company in December. I have been receiving good payments up until June.
The June payment was late and I still haven't received my payment for July and it's August now. I am very frustrated and I feel something needs to be done about this company. Also, there is a lack of communication.
I reach out to this company almost on a daily basis and I have yet to receive a return phone call. He did contact me once, but it was a big lie that he told, so he may as well not have called me back. I just want to cancel my lease with him and deal directly with the lady that is sub-leasing the property from him.
