Back in June they sent me a statement stating a check had not cleared. I had not even paid them.in July, I paid what I thought was payment in full. Since that time they have tacked on charges from June and continue to do so every month. I have contacted them monthly explaining I paid them off, however, if there was a balance due from June only, I would pay them that amount. They have ignored my correspondence to date and call me constantly wanting me to pay them fees only. Both accounts with them were paid in full to the best of my knowledge in July. I do not feel its fair for me to pay fees only, especially when I paid them in full in July. Any help you could give me would be appreciated. I have sent them one last letter stating I was reporting them for unfair credit practices. I sure hope you can help me resolve this. If there is a balance due after my payment in full, I would be willing to pay that, but only that. The fees incurred since that time have been in dispute. I have also repeatedly requested a copy of Junes statement, so I know how much was owed still. Thank you very much.
