I answered an ad that was on the internet next to my email for a free sample Skin cream from " Dermitage anti aging system " I was to only pay for a small shippinga fee of $3.97 to be paid by a credit/debit card. I was to enter my name, address and debit card information which I did thinking I would only need to pay this one time fee and no other fee. There was no other information from " Dermitage " stating payment for further product on this page! I did not read anything leading up to more money for this product to " Dermitage " nor did I allow any monies to be deducted by " Dermitage " from my debit card.
Since The first day I answered the ad I was delivered 11 boxes of this product for a total amount of $869.00. I had been living with my daughter after a death in the family to help her out I just arrived home to find all this product My first thought was their must be a mistake, a flaw in " Dermitage's computer system!" There was an unvoice in the box delivered today for a total amount of $79.00! There were no invoices in the previous boxes of product. I called " Dermitage " right away and spoke to a customer service representive I explained my problem and he gave me a er hard time my husband spoke to this person as well but no resolution was made. The customer service rep. Connected me to his supervisor and the only difference was the supervisor offered a refund for two boxes of product at $79.00 each at the return of the product. I wasn't happy with this refund amount but what could I do?
I hope this complaint about " Dermitage " will enlighten others about this rippoff scam. I will contact the BBB Better Business Bureau and an Attorney..
